On- site Spraying

JJUK offer various professional spraying services where feasible to an individual project – whether it be a supermarket ceiling or shopfront, an industrial warehouse or a new build home it is an ideal solution for those restricted-on time or seeking the best coverage on detailed surfaces.  We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Jet Washing

JJUK provide nationwide commercial pressure washing services and can cater for any client requirement. We specialise in all aspects of outside cleaning. We offer a mobile pressure cleaning service with our jetting units that can reach up to 150 meters from any one point, which makes access to any building very easy. We have a specialist DOFF steam cleaner which can operate at 150ºC for delicate stone areas, a water recovery system for sensitive areas, a purified Water Reach & Wash window cleaning system, high reach internal hoover system and Scrubber dryer and floor machines for internal floors. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are white lining specialists that operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Intumescent Coatings

JJUK offer on-site intumescent spray-painting services, from initial enquiry to issue of a certificate of supply at the end of the project. We are a FIRAS approved contractor.

JJUK are experienced applicators of intumescent paint, working to spec and regular users of Sherwin Williams & Envirograf products. We offer both solvent-based and water-based options with offering to fire protect steel columns and beams from 30 – 120 minutes.

Our expertise, coupled with our commitment to quality and safety, makes us the preferred choice for commercial and industrial clients across the UK & Europe.

Industrial Coatings

We work with clients to create bespoke solutions for their assets to ensure longevity of the applied coatings, reduce health and safety risks and keep costs down.  Recoating products we use include, but are not limited to, one pack and two pack epoxy resin coatings systems. Quality checks are conducted at various stages of application to ensure specifications are met, meaning assets are protected from corrosion and the elements for years to come.

Our customers can be assured of our commitment to the professional application of coatings and their inspection using our own directly employed ICATS (Industrial Coatings Applicator Training Scheme) qualified personnel and paint inspector.

Projects we have completed include recoating of paint systems to carparks, pipework, storage vessels, structural steelwork and bridges to name a few.

Our trained and experienced staff have access to and training in a wide range of preparation equipment including grit blasting, ultra-high pressure (UHP) water jetting and hand and mechanical tools including needle-, chisel guns and wire brushes to ensure a clear surface for coating application. To further meet specification, we also use calibrated equipment to monitor air conditions, temperature and humidity to ensure coatings are applied in a suitable environment to provide longevity.

We work with leading paint manufacturers to provide and specify advanced industrial coating solutions, ensuring lasting protection and aesthetically pleasing results.

Access Equipment

At JJUK, we can offer a wide range of access equipment to enable us to work safely at height using the latest equipment, but also giving us the flexibility in providing access to our customers for any last minute projects or specialist working hours.

We can provide this service for both our projects and private clients wishing to hire.

We have various equipment and plant to suit your personnel requirements – from ‘tower scaffolds’ to ‘20m articulated booms’.
